The territory

Osteria Arborina was born in the heart of the vineyards where the Barolo DOCG Arborina cru is produced, in the Annunziata hamlet of La Morra, province of Cuneo. Chef Andrea Ribaldone wants to create a strong and synergistic bond with his surroundings: in his dishes there will be, as always, so much Piedmont and, of course, Langhe: many of the ingredients used at Osteria Arborina are Albese and the kitchen is always respectful of the Piedmontese genuine and traditional cuisine. The dishes will always be innovative and stimulating to create an enjoyable and fresh cuisine, full of flavors and never predictable.
